2500 acres of breaks, thickets, and creek bottom make up the Clear Creek Ranch. Exellent live water provides
the starting point for a new intensive habitat management program on this ideally situated piece of property
which has already produced some quality bucks for some of our hunters.
SAND HILLS RANCH
The Sand Hills ranch encompasses nearly 10,000 acres of classic western whitetail habitat. 4.5 miles of river
bottom land dotted with large Cottonwoods and blanketed with Salt Cedar provides multiple stand-hunting
opportunities. Approximately 2500 acres of irrigated ground makes this ranch a rare commodity in western
Oklahoma. The balance of the property is made up of sage covered sand hills which provide for some exciting
spot and stalk action.
BEAVER RIVER RANCH
Surrounded by tens of thousands of acres of unhunted deer "sanctuary", our 7200 acre Beaver River Ra nch has
been producing trophy whitetails for our patient and persistent hunters for over 15 years. We have multiple treestands,along with food plots and feeders, along the 3 plus miles of prime river bottom. Rolling hills and draws
hide significant numbers of big bucks, so glassing, and spot and stalk, are effective tools for taking trophies.
New Mexico
CANYON RIDGE
In early 1997 Rick moved to the mountains of northern
New Mexico just south of the village known as Chama.
Once you make a trip to this scenic and game-rich area,
you'll quickly see why he never left.
Elevations on the properties rise from 7500 to over
11,000 feet. This diversity of elevation provides for
equal diversity of terrain and habitat which is home
to elk and mule deer 365 days a year. The creeks are
brimming with wild trout, and the ponds are full of
the kind that will take your fly reel down to the backing.
Fall in this region is something to behold. From
spectacular aspen colors to the incomparable bugling
of bull elk, it's easy to see why many of our friends and
customers keep coming back year after year. Be
careful though, because much like Rick, you may find
that you just don't want to leave!
