Dear Rick and Phillip,
I needed to take a moment to thank you for all the GREAT hunts we have enjoyed with
you. Not sure if I ever told you the story of my first outfitter adventure (with another
outfitter in Florida) it was a true nightmare. The next outfitter I tried was Back Rhoads.
I cannot tell you how much of a relief to find you guys. Our first hunt was a big one, we
came out as a group of four to hunt elk. We all scored and were treated and fed well
beyond our expectations. This hunt started a whole new relationship.
Since then, we have hunted again in New Mexico for turkey (where we finished our first
grand slam), several times in Texas for antelope and lots of fun on prairie dogs, and
several times in Oklahoma where we have hunted turkey, white tail deer, pheasant, quail
(bob white and blue), ducks, rabbits (cotton tail and jacks) and coyote. We even fished
while in New Mexico while on our hunts.
We are now planning our April turkey trip and December bird hunting trips this year
and looking forward to coming to get my first mule deer and another elk real soon.
If you ever need to give out a name for reference, feel free to pass this on to your
hunters. My office information is above and my cell number is 410-456-2740. I would
gladly talk to any one looking to you guys for outfitting and may have concerns. I fully
understand the concerns they may have. The best advertisement is word of mouth. I was
burned on my first outfitting adventure by trusting and going through one of the big
store/catalog web services. Never again.

Hello Rick: I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you again for "upgrading" our hunt to one on one. Despite the fact that the hunting was not as productive as we may have hoped, we still had a great time, and appreciate everything you and your team did to make our trip a success. I know you don't need me to tell you this, but you do have a great team. Peter and I talked about how well everyone worked together and got along. It appears that they all truly like each other and enjoy working together. Trust me, we have been on hunts where that was not the case.
I especially want you to know how much I appreciated getting to know Jaime. He is not only an excellent guide, but a fine person as well. I really enjoyed spending time with him, getting to know him and learning about his family. I know he is happy to be working for you, and you are lucky to have him.
